2011 Year End Update!!!
We
plan to distribute the 2011 Year End Update, 1099 Express software,
and Year End Instructions the week of December 12th, 2011. It will
include the changes mentioned in this newsletter plus many more

New Feature: FPA Quick Support
We
are pleased to announce our newest feature, FPA Quick Support.
We have licensed with TeamViewer Inc. to bring a one-click support
solution to our customers. This new feature will be included in the
year-end update.
Quick Support can be launched from these areas:

Start/All
Programs/FPA/FPA Remote Support

Using
the button on the bottom left corner of each modules menu window.

Using
the top left menus inside a module, click on the support menu and
choose TeamViewer.

we are finished providing support with a Quick Support session, the
session is ended and the memory-resident application is discarded.
This means nothing is loaded permanently on the client's PC. Once
the session is ended we no longer have access to the client's PC. In
the event another session is needed, a fresh copy of Team Viewer
will be loaded into memory and a new randomly generated password is
created by the software. While we are viewing the client's PC, the
data being exchanged between the two PCs is encrypted for security.
